HOW TO INVEST?
We understand the needs of each individual investor vary therefore we have constructed a number of different ways in which individuals & corporations alike can access our investment opportunities.
1. Through offshore life company portfolio bonds or similar platforms:
Investing via life company structures is a very simple way of accessing Armytage AAM investment opportunities.
I. The relevant dealing sheet needs to be filled out with the name of the fund, the amount to be invested and the relevant fund code (please refer to our fund code guide) and then sent off to the relevant life company.
II. We would then suggest that you notify us directly of the deal by sending an email to your point of contact or to our administration department (info@absolute-am.com) stating the amount invested and the bond number. We can then track the deal and inform you when the money has been received.
Please note the minimum investment using this route is dictated by whatever the minimum fund investment is on the bond being used for the investment.
2. Direct Investment by Individuals:
I. Correctly complete the application form for the relevant fund (please see application form section)
II. Certified copies of passport(s) and 2 proof of address -e.g. Utility Bills, Bank Statements.
3. Direct Investment by Corporations:
I. Correctly complete application form for relevant fund (please see application form section)
II. Certified copies of the certificate of incorporation and any subsequent change of name (or other document evidencing the existence of a legal entity)
III. Memorandum and Articles of Association or Equivalent.
IV. The register of directors or an excerpt from the trade register held at the relevent chamber of commerce.
V. The signatory card verifying the authority of officers to sign on their behalf of the corporate entity.
VI. Certified copy of passports and utility bills for at least two directors.
VII. Certified details of all shareholders holding 10% or more of the issued share capital of the corporate entity.
VIII. Any other relevant documentation as requested by Absolute Asset Management.
Please note that the standard minimum investment is US$ 25,000 for all Armytage AAM funds except for the Asian REIT Property Fund where the minimum is US$50,000. However, individuals can access Armytage AAM investment opportunities for as little as US$10,000 using the Nominee Service (please see Nominee Service Section)
